My story

Hello, I’m Caroline. I’m 51, married to my Aussie husband Mic, a proud mum of three gorgeous children, and dog mum to two lovely dogs. I’ve been a Marpler since the age of seven, and today I’m living out a dream I never expected — running my own skin and wellbeing retreat from my garden.

My working life began in the beauty industry as a hairdresser before I moved into finance and insurance. In 2021, everything changed when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. After successful treatment, I knew I wanted to do something more meaningful — something that helped people feel supported, relaxed, and cared for.

A luxury facial experience combining sculpting massage and prescriptive skincare to lift, hydrate and enhance the skin's natural radiance.

This deeply indulgent, fully bespoke facial uses Tropic Skincare — award-winning, natural, vegan, and results-driven products selected to address your skin's unique needs.

Your experience begins with a cleanse followed by a thorough double cleanse to refresh and refine the skin. Soft steam and gentle exfoliation encourage cell renewal and boost radiance.

A deeply relaxing massage begins with the neck, shoulders, and arms to release tension and enhance circulation. The massage then moves to the face, incorporating lifting techniques and Gua Sha to sculpt the jaw, cheeks, and brow, easing tension and promoting a lifted, relaxed appearance. The massage ends with calming scalp work to release stress and support full-body relaxation.

Pure & Simple Teen Skin Facial

Teen skin is often wonderfully resilient, but as hormones change it can also become sensitive, red, or a little out of balance. That’s why, when it comes to teenage skincare, less really is more.

My Pure & Simple Teen Skin Facial is designed to keep things gentle, calming, and effective — without overwhelming young skin with harsh or unnecessary actives.

My aim isn’t to encourage teens to chase the ‘perfect skin’ they see on TikTok. Instead, it’s about helping them understand age-appropriate skincare — how to gently nourish, protect, and respect their skin as it grows and changes.

All products used are COSMOS-certified organic, vegan, and chemical-free, making them ideal for younger or more reactive skin.

This facial is offered at a reduced price as part of my commitment to educating teens about healthy, age-appropriate skincare.

Buccal Massage is an advanced intra-oral and external facial massage technique that works directly with the deeper muscles of facial expression and mastication. By accessing these muscles both inside and outside the mouth, the treatment supports improved muscle tone, functional balance, and facial symmetry.

This targeted massage releases chronic muscular tension in the cheeks, jaw, and perioral region, helping to improve skin elasticity and create a healthier, more refreshed appearance.
